How to get to Savannah Airport by Bus

You can get downtown and to the most significant landmarks in the Historic District by using Savannah's public transit, which features several complimentary visitor-oriented services designed to accommodate visitors.

The free Downtown Transportation System and the regular Chatham Area Transit (CAT) bus services are the primary components of the public transportation system in the city. Both services are provided by Chatham Area Transit.

Transportation throughout the Historic District and its most popular tourist destinations is provided by fare-free shuttle buses and a ferry. Both modes of transportation are safe and convenient.

The local bus system in Savannah operates routes within the city proper and the suburbs surrounding it. Some of these routes include stops near well-known tourist destinations.

Free transportation is provided by the Savannah Belles Ferry and the River Street Streetcar when you ride the Dot Express Shuttle throughout Savannah's stunning Historic District and connect with the Savannah Belles Ferry and the River Street Streetcar.

K–Shuttle

K–Shuttle is the authorized mode of transportation between Savannah International Airport and resorts on Hilton Head Island and the surrounding area.
